Appointment Booking, Cancellation, and Rescheduling Policy 1. Booking Requirements Advance Booking: All consultations must be booked at least 24 hours before the scheduled appointment. Appointments requested with less than 24 hours’ notice may not be accommodated. 2. Rescheduling Rescheduling Window: Customers may reschedule their consultation appointments up to 24 hours prior to the scheduled appointment time. 3. Cancellation and No-Show Fees No Fee: If you cancel no less than 24 hours before your scheduled session, no cancellation fee will be charged. 10% Fee: Cancellations made between 24 hours and 1 hour before the session will incur a fee equal to 10% of the session price. 20% Fee: Cancellations made less than 1 hour before the session, or a failure to attend (no-show), will incur a fee equal to 20% of the session price. 4. Exceptional Circumstances We understand that emergencies and unforeseen circumstances can arise. Should you encounter an exceptional situation, please contact us as soon as possible to discuss the possibility of waiving or reducing the cancellation fee on a case-by-case basis. 5. Policy Amendments We reserve the right to modify this policy at any time. Any changes will be communicated appropriately, and continued use of our services will indicate acceptance of any updates.
